And a little bit more about the Arctic kitchen ... 

Kola Peninsula earth is so rich for talents! Artem Shulga, a restaurant co-chef of "Meridian" hotel has impressed the business delegation from Faroe Irelands by his mastery of cooking fish and seafood. The reception was organized at the highest level: all stars of the underwater world were presented there:  the "Tsar Fish in the crown" and "King Crab" in entourage of tiger shrimps, and it was even given a small master class of how to cope with all these wonders of the water kingdom. What really a man needs to be happy....  Delicious food from the local Arctic product and pleasant communication that unites all us.
